Pay Structure

Terminology:

SPV - Sales Plan Value

BP - Bonus Point

Retail profit = 33% of the Sales Plan Value (SPV).

Note: This is not 33% of the catalogue price.

Due to the fluctuation of currency and VAT in Europe it is calculated on the mark up (SPV).

Volume profit - 10% - 24% of the SPV on your own sales and the sales of your team.

These Figures represent catalogue sales including VAT

4% Gold Distributor Bonus (1st Level Distributors): Paid when you get to Gold Distributor Status (24% Volume Profit) and have someone in your team doing the same.

Up to 3% Bronze Executive bonus is paid when you have two or more separate people (i.e. 1st level distributors) in your team at Gold Distributor status.

To do £900 per retail 4 week Period = Approx 225 Catalogues a week. This will take 6 to 8 hours

225 Catalogues per week x 4 = £900 per Period

£900 = SPV of 576 x 33% = £190 +10% Bonus SPV = £57

Total Income = £247.

£900 x SPV x 33% = £190

+ 10% Bonus SPV = £57

Total = £247

With Sponsoring 2 Distributors also at £900 retail = £333

Difference is £86 per Period

£900 x SPV x 33% = £190

+ 15% Bonus SPV= £86

+ 5% Bonus SPV on 2 (1152 SPV) = £57

Total Income 4 week for Period = £333

£900 = SPVx 33% = £190

+21% Bonus SPV = £121
